This is where I'll drop occasional writing on data, analytics, and AI engineering. Short notes, sometimes longer essays, usually pulled from whatever I'm currently working through at Slalom or on the side.

What I'll probably write about

• Data architecture patterns that earn their keep versus ones that just look good on a diagram.
• What MCP and agentic tooling actually change about how analytics teams work.
• Lessons from consulting across very different organizations: crypto protocols, Fortune 500 enterprises, regional banks, and everything in between.
• Occasional product notes from side projects.

What I won't write about

Hype cycles, takes on Twitter drama, or anything that needs a thread to be understood. If it can't hold up as one clean post, it probably isn't ready.
